I concur with you Patroyd.

They had a respected mining engineer, Mike Botting on the board, but he left citing other work pressures. (I wonder if that was really the case...)

From what I can gather they also lost their Project Manager, Paul Carrick who was another experienced mining engineer...he was replaced with another of Ian Smith's associates - with no mining experience.

I suspect the current board is trying to run the show with little to no experience in what they are doing.
