Concerns about the Board composition have been consistently raised since float. Some say the poor performance in the share-price, and in not meeting the production deadline/s is down to the board, others would say GBM was on the home straight, and only lost it in the last two months.

During this period most emerging Goldies have lost 80% plus.

But I expected GBM to outperform market on the basis of fundamentals - gold in ground and promises of production.

    I was wrong.

So clearly it comes down in the end to leadership - so I agree with curious.

What do holders do now? The company has
    - resource,
    - tenements,
    - a plant and
    - a mine, the asset value of which makes this appear to me (still) to be the best junior gold investment around?

    but no
    - staff (I guess)
    - cash

It's too late to change directors now. The onus will fall only on them (and remaining senior management (if any)) to keep the ball rolling and close a capital deal quickly.
