Well I did finally get a response from SGH investor relations on my question on warrants. I assume they would be okay me posting this here so sharing this response. At least I understand the process. So what this means is I guess we will be updated in due course. When due course is who knows!

As per the ASX on 2 May Lenders elections regarding amendment fees need to be made within 30 days of the effective date of the amendment.
The effective date of the amendment was after the execution date (2 May) due to a number of conditions precedent needing to be satisfied.
Slater and Gordon will continue to comply with its continuous disclosure obligations.
