    Hi Guys, everyone keeps asking for Mgt to come out with an updates cashflow status or Market updates, but can I ask why they would do that ??

    Wouldnt it be prudent of Management to just sit on their hand for 30 days or until the 2nd June and then give the market an update on activities after the ammendment fee time has expired.

    In the long term a Flat Market Cap over the next 30 after the Debt restructure approval is good for SGH and Shareholders as we have no dillution.

    Just a thought, which I dont think anyone has mentioned.
