I imagine there's another view.
After spending millions on their own DD of 8000 case files which they themselves selected, SGH then failed to complete the claims.
Not WTG.
Oh....and SGH should also, as experts, have been aware of the changes in regulations which were coming into force on BIG.
SGH quite simply failed every step of the way. It's appalling for all concerned except the overpaid executives.
