MC thinks the Rio JV offer is superior to FEX. Surely for MC to decide this they must have told him how they would spend the money including any capital return. We are stuck with whatever MC decides but if he thinks it’s better he must have his reasons. What’s best for MC is best for all of us is it not ? I believe because it all hinges on MC - management, Rio, Fex and any other potential buyers have not made much effort in communicating with us retail holders. I trust that MC is trying to get the best deal and this is good for us aswell.
