He served as a Director of Coventry Resources Inc. since January 8, 2013. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Bellamel Mining Limited. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Birimian Gold Limited since May 25, 2011 until January 31, 2013; Iberian Resources Ltd. from October 21, 2003 to July 31, 2001; Elk Petroleum Limited from January 19, 2005 to April 8, 2005 and Genesis Minerals Limited from July 2007 to February 12, 2013. Mr. Haynes graduated from the University of Western Australia with an honours degree in Geology and Geophysics.

I wonder how many of those companies he has screwed up just the way he has sold out the BLR shareholders. I can't understand how these people can live with themselves. It is clear the guy had no interest in the shareholders and was after his own selfish interests to suck as much blood as possible from BLR shareholder and perhaps doing the same with other companies. May be this will be a valuable lesson for the investors to keep clear of any company this guy is involved in.
