Mr. Michael John Alexander Haynes, also known as Mike, BSC, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Coventry Resources Inc. since May 2014. Mr. Haynes serves as the Principal of Bullseye Geoservices Pty Ltd. He has been the Managing Director of Black Range Minerals Limited since October 17, 2012 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He founded Iberian Resources Ltd., and served as its Technical Director until July 31, 2001.
He has more than 16 Years experience in the international mineral exploration industry. He held technical positions with both BHP Minerals and Billiton plc. He has worked extensively on project generation and acquisition throughout his career. He has been the Non-Executive Chairman of Coventry Resources, Inc. since July 31, 2012 and served as its Executive Chairman from October 27, 2009 to July 31, 2012. Mr. Haynes serves as the Chairman of Overland Resources Limited. He served as the Non Executive Chairman of Genesis Minerals Limited from July 2007 to February 12, 2013. He has been an Executive Director of Coventry Resources Inc. since May 19, 2014.
He has been a Director of Eagle Eye Metals Limited since May 25, 2011, Overland Resources Limited since May 9, 2005, Black Range Minerals Limited since June 27, 2005. He served as a Director of Coventry Resources Inc. since January 8, 2013. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Bellamel Mining Limited. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Birimian Gold Limited since May 25, 2011 until January 31, 2013; Iberian Resources Ltd. from October 21, 2003 to July 31, 2001; Elk Petroleum Limited from January 19, 2005 to April 8, 2005 and Genesis Minerals Limited from July 2007 to February 12, 2013. Mr. Haynes graduated from the University of Western Australia with an honours degree in Geology and Geophysics.
