Warren Buffett will never invest in Lynas. Why?
1. Company doesnt not trade under intrinsec value unless contracts are well above market prices in a long term agreement
2. Company is not a monopoly
3. Management is not inmaculate (Crown deposit affair)
4. Company is in a cyclical sector (commodities) and has not shown yet constsnt and increasing profits over the time.
5. ...
We could give seversl reasons.
And YES it is a pity this is not a company Warren Buffett would invest. A real pity.
I assume the best is let fall price under 0.20 $ are reasess to jump again in it. Wait and see. We all will probably see Lynas under 0.15 $.
