many people see share price movement and relate it to the companies fundamentals, even though the two are sometimes opposing each other - up and down.
I agree with your point regarding funding and will add to it; in the past Lynas secured funding without much difficulty, even though it had no immediate promise of making sales. Now Lynas is producing product and within months be making sales!! Accessing funds is even easier when sales are being made, even if the sales are minimal, the sales provide further security, therefore opening up the floor for more Institutional Investors and at better terms for Lynas.
I dont get caught up with hysteria or hype, and generally invest when everybody else is screaming about the share falling through the floor.
IMO and only my opinion, now is a great time to invest in Lynas. The chartist will probably think im mad, but this recent break to the low will/has set off some forced selling and stop loss selling. almost a shake out of kind.
there is no guarantee of massive gains, but what if the next lot of announcements discuss sales, even at reduced margin, it will still provide confidence that has not been seen for quite some time.
