warren can buy right up to a day b4 an ann

While I watch "small-time" BEARS bail-out and DEEP-POCKETS Warren continue to BUY as SP "tanks",contrary to a previous post regarding a "black-out" trading restriction on INSIDERS, this really only applies to release of Financial Info and NOT to "Development" ANN's. A "deal" could be announced at any time and Directors, of course, must inform the market when it happens. There is nothing to stop INSIDERS trading virtually up to such an ANN......So, when I reflect on the fact that Warren BOUGHT 1M on market at 25.6c a few weeks ago, he DID NOT do so to stop a SP slide BUT to "cash in" on near future developments....IMHO......Could things get worse ?...well YES...I mean ...The "crows" could lose again this weekend !...LEE {football-tragic]
