I thought the same@Snave23 in terms of a quote. So i did a little Goggle search before I posted my initial post and from the first page of results (I didn't actually read into it, it seems ASX rules require at least three directors. Well including the MD that is four. So i guess you could get rid of Warren Mundine? Again, I didn't read into the ASX rules so maybe I am wrong. If I am wrong, I'm sure there is another more qualified person to replace Warren Mundine as a non-executive director
I also thought that @Razer013 in terms of the gravy train or 'jobs for the mates'. Unfortunately I don't have mates like that.
Agree@R777 It doesn't seem like it gets any better for AEE
I usually believe that you invest in a company for either the management, the project/s, or the commodity. Well AEE has got two out of three!
