To me they just want to speed up the game a bit like 20/20 cricket. Time they electronically gridded the fields and microchipped the ball. This would stop the forward passes and you would know if the ball came within a sparrows fart of the ground for a try. Yes would slow the game down a tad until the players were trained by there mistakes. Time too get unarguable results .......would stop a lot of crap Will not happen but at least I had my say.
