JV, I presume the only reason we may go into trading halt would be if the sp fluctuated out of the ord prior to an Ann. Warro3 caused a th as water issues obviously leaked into the market causing the sp to dive hence a th was called to avoid a free fall prior to the Ann. I would assume if flucs dont occur, the Ann will be made pre-trade or after close. 4.7 would be great!
