Dopey yanks probably jumped up to give their big yahoo when they saw the white flags and got plastered. They cheer every time they fire a shot and it hits something that's not friendly.
Like in Vietnam when they went on patrol smoking Gitanes and playing trannies. Even a blind Vietcong had a chance to nail one.
