This could be Kokoda mark 3. Guys, this is Tasmania where every rock, tree and creek is sacred to someone. Fringe World Heritage Area, minority labor/green govt. - going to be a very interesting kerfuffle, the sort of stuff that Tasmania has become famous for (swadly). It is no accident that Tas is the poorest state in the country. 40% of the state locked up from development and growing.
Just follow the problems we have in building a pulp mill next to two smelters and a gas fired power station in a designated heavy industry zone. You should get the picture.
New mine at the southern extreme of the Mt Read Volcanics, politicians of every persuasion will be lining up to stab poor old Frontier and the Tassy worker in the back.
