fundas, the financial services ombudsman address or whatever can be found on asx webbie. Just keep all your data and screen shots etc, and when you don't get an adequate response from cmc then send it all off to them. They are painful to deal with but seem to take their job seriously.. not that I've actually known anyone to complete the process and get satisfaction... which is the way they were set up like they are I guess.. its an industry body not a consumer body.. cheers!
