    Just skimming through the LNC MOU... have I got it right where it says that if LNC/SXP go ahead with their joint operations that SXP's interest will then only be 25%? Do we then cut SXP's value estimates down to 1/4 of what's been touted so far?

    Still trying to get a handle on what we're looking at here...
