    amazing how in this market we need to see the T's crossed and I's dotted before we can get excited.
    Pre GFC that kind of news would have sent OBL into the teens and stayed there...

    I cannot see how the deal wont be signed off, maybe some last minute tinkering is going on...all in all atleast FMG wont act like hanlong is with SDL... owning those shares would give me a heart attack...
