I do have a bona fide "appearing" letter from Jazzmans lawyers, V.K Mwewa and Co sent to Eagle Eyes company making a claim on the Mg that Allegra is trying to sell.
The letter dated July 6th 2011 acknowledges in the Lusaka High Court there is ongoing litigation going on between the parties Eagle Eye Mining Zambia Limited, Howard Kunda, Neil Richards, Allegera Mining Zambia and Jazzman.
I give no guarantee's of the authenticity of the letter but it is done professionally and anyone with Google has some info to do a bit of research on it.
Eagle Eye has said he is owed money ( aren't we all??) for services rendered and has not been paid.
I guess the administrators are aware of full situation of the Zambian situation and what a mess it appears.
Will seek clarification at the creditors meeting on the lease situation and why actually is Ken a creditor.
