Is SPG still interested in the retirement assets?

Maybe...but at value...here are a few direct quotes from the SPG 1H09 reports:

Acquire or gain access to good quality assets at attractive prices


Strategy – Going Forward:

Increase weighting to annuity income by acquisition of investment property and retirement DMFs at the right time in the cycle"

So...retirement assets are very much in their sights...but at "attractive prices"
