Surely you are kidding or a close contact to the Director?
He only just purchased on market just before this very good ANN.
The ASX rules in Director buying are clear to stop Directors gaining an unfair advantage via insider knowledge... clearly he bought due to the fact he was about to release a great ANN.
If you think he is so very credible why no wait a couple of days before his buying spree... because he knew he may never ever see 23c again. Thus miss out on the $50,000 odd he just made in a day from the purchase.
Or buy a month ago for that matter- as he was not as confident as right now about the success of his project.
Anyway that is for ASIC and ASX to decide, not us.
