Check the 3Y's - he sold same $ amt a few months ago.
Active trading might be best description for it.
But the ASX rules have been followed (not hard to do) and the company has a policy for trading in its securities ( anyone checked it out?)
we would all prefer directors never sell and continuously buy more all the time -and not just before company-making news- but reality is this sort of thing happens. He sold 200k a while ago, bought back 220k now for same $s.
