* There was another entity involved in assessing the coal results apart from the previous MD. It is an independent authority in the form of SRK Consulting. This was documented in the 25/3 announcement:

"An initial coal mineralisation target of 200 to 250Mt
has been estimated by SRK Consulting based on the preliminary data derived from the 25 completed Newland coal drill holes"

* Looking at the SRK Consulting website, they are a Worlwide organization.

"For mining clients who represent about 75% of our international business, we provide services through the project life cycle from early stage exploration to development and operations and ultimately closure."
