What really gets up my nose is, as part of the Ts & Cs for all retail brokers you have to agree not to place orders with the intent to manipulate the market.
Yet it you're a big insto or hedge fund with DMA it is PERFECTLY ok. Those sell orders at 72 cents are clearly only there to force new sellers to sell into the shorters' bids. If that is not clear manipulation I am a 3 foot tall eskimo dwarf in desperate need of a sex change!

Why is it ok for one group of market participants to manipulate price movements like that and not for others in the same market?
