I don't have any concerns, the general message is addressed in the Bible, the facts are that the Teachings of Jesus were not suppressed by His death, that much we know. Were His goals achieved, yes. Did He effectively rise from death, yes, in a spiritual sense. Was it necessary that His body literally rise from death to fulfil the prophecy, no, because the dead do not return literally from death.

It's an old work written well after the death of Jesus, I'm sure the story got enhanced along the way, but this in no way diminishes the truth of Jesus and His risen word which has since spread throughout the planet.
