Based on the current market conditions PEK is simply over valued.
Could easy go down another 20-30 cts from here IMHO.
So even if you (anybody) initially bought at 0.08 or (more likely) around 16cts, you should really have a good think about some sort of capital preservation strategy and not worry so much about tax.
Yes, I could be wrong about this, but there is also a very good chance I might not be!.
