Rameez, I could not care less at what price I buy (higher or lower) as long as there is a clear buy signal and a good reason for a sustained rally.
My past experience with speculative stocks (and oh yeah I have burnt my fingers too in the past) indicates to keep an open mind to VERY volatile stocks like PEK.
You just have to join the ride and jump of in time.
Only AFTER they are in a position with sustained revenue and cash flow my strategy would chance!.
