    I would have thoufht they have to sue the entity of OZL- the corporate person, if you will. I have the same deal with SIP- problems with disclosure and a class action, even though the former CEO who was there at the time the events were alleged to have occurred, isn't there now. It must be that the individuals have limited liability, and the corporate entity has all liability? Can anyone clarify?
