    the big problem with resolutions tabled for AGM's is the instos/fund managers who really don't seem to care - they're playing with OPM after all

    it's time a message was sent to instos/funds who proxy their votes to the boards and to send it loud and clear

    i fear i may be shouting in a vacuum though
