I completely disagree. Price predictions for IMU defy any sort of precise figure, unless you are going to be extremely conservative like say Roth Capital, because the effect of several of the assumptions you have to make is potentially enormous, and there are several possibly world-changing products for which assumptions must be made, to say nothing of a CEO and board that have proven themselves adept at excellent value-adding strategic acquisitions. I got into this stock 5 years ago because a broker friend was extremely bullish without giving any particular prediction. At present I'm on >25x. So I don't think my broker friend fits your description at all.

About three years ago Axel Hoos was asked over coffee whether he thought IMU could go to $1B MC. He replied that there was no reason it couldn't go to $10B MC. Now that more precise prediction has not been fulfilled, although, to be fair, it may be in time.
