Maybe someone who pays close attention to the quarterly's and other financial statements might be able to let the forum know if the quote below, taken from the June qtr statements, is the first time the retention of the marketing and off-take rights has been mentioned by management and if so, what's the significance of CPL mentioning it now. Make me wonder if potential partners have previously tried to force the company to surrender a portion of the rights in exchange for equity or other forms of funding and CPL has so far resisted.
"Importantly, going forward Coalspur has maintained 100% of the off-take and marketing rights on Vista which will benefit the Company during future negotiations with potential off-take and joint venture partners as it progresses financing for the construction of Vista."
