+++++++++++++++++++++++++ Red Back Mining NL has been made aware of this morning's announcement by Resolute Mining Ltd (ASX:RSG) that it has agreed to sell its 4.5% shareholding in Red Back to Golden Star Resources Ltd (AMEX: GSS) at a price of approximately A$0.40 per share.
As stated in that announcement, this transaction is subject to Red Backs approval. Red Back is considering the request for such approval.
