Thats old news. It was announced quite a few months ago. Same hint as before. That wouldn't necessarily add to the noise today. Someone know something and they have decided to buy up. It may be an impending IPO with preference to shareholders or it may be free attaching options to shareholders. Who knows, certainly someone does and it must be pending. Last few weeks they could have cleaned up in the 17-18c range.
