I just meant that the outcome isn't clear for today's market - and Mitta's point about overseas markets is a good one.
The DJIA has got steadily weaker the last 3 days in a row and looks to be heading down in its current range (11550-12200).
That coupled with the overbought ASX means that uncertainty is probably a good reason not to be in the market ST (whatever ST and LT mean these days).
The test for me will be to see if the Dow finds its LPS at 11900 (support from March & June) - if it goes lower than that then we're all bad little boys and girls and the Xmas rally is probably cancelled IMHO-Ho-ho
