DB/Aqua ......... Couldn't agree more in fact the Kosmos string of T/O's didnt really start until they were into production development but for any decent T/O prive to occur we must have proven (and confirmed by independent authority) 2P resource and more the better, I personally would like any T/O to occur after the second set of three wells, CNE has been muttering about maybe an appraisal at FAN although personally I would prefer an exploration well in Siuris, will be interesting to see what the JV decide.
