    Number Two, it was a flippant answer to your question from a long suffering holder who remembers when PRE was the best stock in the market for a energy play.
    The current situation for PRE is better than it has looked in years but with sod all money and gazillion shares on issue I am hoping for a clean surgical takeover from a nearby large miner.
