I think your scenario is quite possible.

I do not however believe we can be confident of the low until it is clear that both buyers and sellers are convinced, where upon sellers stand back and buyers rush in. Never in foresight, but usually in hindsight obvious. I don't yet see that, whilst it may yet evolve. I"ll need to see a bit more testing of the low of 20. I don't expect much volume below this ( but hopefully enough for me, he he he!). Might be quite a sharp turn around once the market is convinced of a bottom, as this looks to me pretty attractive pricing atm.
