Separate the iron ore from the core sample, then heat the ore to 1,000ºC and you don't get "60.54% Fe".
This is what you get:
[(583kg) / (1,000 – 57)] x 1,000 = 618kg of free moisture iron ore.
i.e. 61.8% CaFe
