Hi JLK,

I don't really control my emotions, well no more than a normal person... what I do is control my trades.

Beleive you me I have trading challenges, I get excited by monetary values and upset by loss of capital.

However, I now have rules that apply to each trade, stops (mental or physical) , Time and location of entry, size of position and so on, a system so to speak. So when I make a trade, the trade itself is controlled by rules.


This is to counterract my excitement and keep my attention on the game - The one with the most points or pips wins, LOL.
