I'm seeing a lot of things to support that.
Plus of course, the Hedge-O-meter... when our man rocks up lately, he's heralded some pretty spectacular little rallies on the indicies.

FWIW... definately getting whooshka alerts (strong move to the upside) based on the last drop and todays congestion...
Larger timespan than I usually play with on an index, so I have no idea of timing....
