    The vital question is : was this aborted deal the reason for the price steady climb prior to the announcement culminating with the announcement or opportunistic event isolated from the reasons for the prior share climb.

    Depending on the answer the price will either crash to 0.2 or will stabilize about 1,5 after the initial sell off.
