It has already been broadcast that there was a ventilation issue. Look at the actual reductions with Simberi top of range at 135 000 ozs the combined Simberi and Gwalia production figures 355 000 ozs not the guidance 365-375 000 ozs . That's around 3 % hardly a major. As some punter said the gold is still there production is just delayed a month or so. Will it affect the dividend ? Hardly , This share pays out almost 5%. Its earnings per share just over 39 cents and dividend payout just 12 cents.
