forgive me if i am wrong but one of the other contributors was arguing that this test was all about establishing non-toxicity and that that aspect was not reported upon...they thought that was suspicous. But I thought the whole point of the PAA approach is that toxicity at at least some dosages has already been evaluated in the patient groups they were originally established for...consequently we can be a lot more confident that toxicity will be less of a worry than if this drug was a completely new compound, untried in humans.
