This not a entitlement question, anyone can pull a trigger.

The question is can a 20 year old shoot a political leader(ignoring a separate personal connection) and argue they know what they are doing even if people may suggest their perceptions are wrong?

I would argue a 20 year old, male or female is too young to shoot Biden or Trump or any other political leader globally unless in exceptional circumstances simply because they have not done enough analysis and living to make a proper call to assess whether what they are doing is correct or not in their own minds in terms of the pros and cons.

I know to some this may sound a preposterous proposition however considering Oswald who was 24, went to Cuba and Russia, was involved in politics and the CIA, given Oswald's experience, whether one agrees with what he did or not, he would have down far more living to be able to gain more information to make a proper political assassination attempt when he did it even if he may not.

The point being if the 20 year old did not really know what he was doing and appreciate the ramifications and cause and effect, what influences drove him to do it in a way that was extremely foolish?? The point being in the context of political assassinators it could be argued the 20 year old was a minor
