That was never going to happen as he and that Moron Bowen accelerated their mindless path to introducing more unreliable intermittent solar / wind and replacing the baseload reliable coal power stations.
That pre election lie is now evidenced by retail electricity power prices going up 25% in EACH of the past 2 years and the cost of living exploding through the roof.
