Thanks for clarifying Shortchange. I am just starting my due diligence, as it were, and have not done any benchmarking of the costs. I might be one of those naïve shareholders, though would like to see the BFS before making a financial decision. Based on PFS, Rex have built-in both capital and operating costs ... $850 initial capital investment (though its not clear what the reinvestment needs or unfunded capital is over 15 years) and operating costs $7.05 billion over 15 years (which probably include royalties). So on the face of it a lot of the costs are built-in to the project.
