a planning report reconsidering the Keysbrook decision was there for all to read on the Council's website contained in the Agenda for a special meeting held on the 6th of October. It recommended approval with a bunch of conditions. I just checked again and the Agenda has been removed from the site - perhaps the Minutes are about to be uploaded onto the site!

I however do not know what the actual vote/decision of Council was and my attempt to obtain this from the Council secretary was fruitless.

Given the direction from the Tribunal for Council to reconsider its decision - I would think it would be foolish for the Council to retain a 'refusal' position - particularly as its planning officers were recommending approval.
