JD,some invest with only fundamentals as there stratergy,others invest or more on the side of short term trade on ta,and by what ta are indicating are what traders look for to jump in when ta indicate bullish signs,so unawares post is a valid one,how ever as all proffesional traders/investores know ta is not 100% accurate only a probabillty of which way a sp may move.As i have stated i use ta on all my trading,and atm apart from lom which i do not trade or pay to much focus on ta,as i am in lom for the happy ending (or bad ending)i am only a short term trader on the current market conditions as the risk of a big fall is all most a certainty,which will be a very profitable trade shorting many areas,eg sp500 dow etc.Best wishes.
