I know during the recomisioning phase rain was a big factor- not sure how much of an effect it will have on production.
It certainly is not the normal weather you would expect in February - with many places in WA experiencing the wettest Feb for years.
What ever they get on that boat doesn't really matter that much as we now know the plant is almost reaching it's capacity and they'll prob get more on the next shipment mayb delay it a few days
